Pumpkin Bread March 10, 2014

Serves 16
1 ½ cups sugar
½ cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
½ (16 ounce) can pumpkin, mashed
1 ¾ cups flour
¾ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 teaspoon salt
2/3 teaspoon cloves
2/3 teaspoon nutmeg
2/3 teaspoon allspice
¾ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup water
Combine sugar, oil and eggs in a large bowl and mix well. 
Stir pumpkin into sugar mixture.  Combine in a bowl with flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cloves, nutmeg, allspice and cinnamon; mix well.  Add vanilla and water; stir.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 5X9-inch pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
