Margarita Pie Excellent

Crust: 1/2 cup finely crushed pretzel crumbs,
1/2 finely crushed graham cracker crumbs, 1 Tab.
1/3 cup melted butter.

Combine pretzel crumbs, cracker crumbs and sugar in a
bowl. Add melted butted mix well. Reserve 2 Tab of
mixture for topping on pie. Press into 9″pie pan.

Filling: 4 egg yolks, 2 Tab. sugar, I envelope
unflavored gelatin, 1 6-ounce can frozen limeade
thawed, 2-3- drops green food coloring, 1
3-ounce package softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup
2 Tabs. triple sec 4 egg whites, 1/4 cup sugar, I lime

Combine egg yolks and sugar in top of a double boiler
and beat until thick. Mix gelatin with limeade and add
to double boiler, Stir constantly over boiling water
until mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat add
coloring. Beat cream cheese until light, add 1/2 cup
of egg yolk mixture and beat. Blend in remaining egg
yolk mixture, TEQUILA and triple sex. Ha, Ha. Beat egg
whites until frothy, gradually add sugar, fold creamed
mixture in egg whites and pile in to crust. Sprinkle
with reserved crumbs and garnish with lime. Enjoy
