1 large package orange Jello

2 cups hot water
1 can frozen orange juice, undiluted
1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
1 large can crushed pineapple, undrained
Mix Jello in hot water. Stir in frozen orange juice and cool the mixture.
Add the pineapple with the juice and oranges.
Pour mixture in 9×12 dish.
Topping (after the salad has congealed)
1 package instant lemon pudding mix
1 cup cold milk
1 small container Cool Whip
Mix pudding and milk until firm in a blender or mixer.
Fold in Cool Whip and spread mixture on top of the salad.
Keep chilled until served.
